The covered sun deck is perfect for alfresco dining with stunning water views from every room.
200metres to family friendly beach with playground and boat ramp.
The space
Renovated Lockwood two bedroom house with adjacent fully self contained spacious studio sleepout. The property is light and sunny and every space has extensive sea views.
Main bedroom has queen size super comfy FlexGel bed, second room has king single and single bed.
Open planned living/kitchen with plenty of room for dining either inside or under cover on the carpeted deck.
Modern, fully self contained sleepout with queen size bed and room to bring stretcher bed/air mattress for additional guests upon request.
Plenty of flat lawn space to kick a ball, put up a volleyball net or a tent for the kids to play in.
Room for 4 vehicles and a boat up the driveway, the property can't be seen from the road. External camera is in place for security purposes.

Summary: Susan was a fabulous host, excellent communication and very helpful. The house is exactly as in the photos, very clean and with everything anyone would need. The indoor/ outdoor area had an every changing view of the bay. We were able to relax outside and then move inside when the weather changed.Thank you for being so thoughtful and kind. It was exactly what we all needed.
